Operations · Executive Support · Client Relations · People Leadership

I keep people, priorities, and operations moving.

Ten-plus years of progressive experience across business operations, team leadership, executive and administrative support, client relations, sales, customer experience, and financial services. I organize the moving parts, keep leadership and clients informed, and make sure the important work actually gets finished.

About

A steady operator in fast moving environments

I've spent more than a decade in roles where the work only holds together if someone is paying attention — customer service, sales, financial services, account management, and now operations leadership for a remote team. That range is deliberate. It's why I can sit between leadership, employees, and clients and translate in every direction.

Day to day, I manage operations and people: scheduling and workforce coordination, recruitment and onboarding, training and coaching, performance monitoring, payroll and timekeeping, reporting, quality control, and client coordination. When a process is fragile, I write the SOP. When leadership needs visibility, I build the tracker. When something is at risk, I flag it early with options rather than just a problem.

I'm most useful to founders, executives, and business owners who need someone dependable to hold the operational center — whether that role is titled Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, Executive Operations, Chief of Staff, Team Lead, or senior business support.

How I Work

Not someone who waits for tasks. Someone who owns the outcome.

01

I take ownership of outcomes

I don't wait for a task list. If something belongs to the business and it isn't moving, I treat it as mine until it is resolved or properly handed off.

02

I anticipate instead of react

Most problems announce themselves early — a slipping schedule, a quiet client, a metric drifting. I watch for those signals and act before they turn into escalations.

03

I organize priorities before I organize tasks

Competing requests are normal. I sort by what actually affects clients, revenue, and people, then communicate the order so nobody is guessing.

04

I communicate clearly and on time

Leadership hears the real status, not a filtered version. Teams get expectations in writing. Clients get updates before they have to ask.

05

I create structure where there isn't any

When something is being done from memory, I turn it into an SOP, a tracker, or a workflow so it survives turnover and scale.

06

I follow through without supervision

Independence is the point. I identify the problem, weigh the options, take action, and keep the right people informed along the way.

Selected Work & Operational Impact

Systems and processes I've built or managed

Documentation

Standard operating procedures

Built and maintained the SOP library for a remote operations team — how work is claimed, executed, escalated, and reported. New hires now learn from documentation instead of shadowing.

Reporting

Performance trackers & reporting systems

Created trackers and reporting routines that gave leadership and clients visibility into productivity, campaign output, and service delivery without chasing individual updates.

People

Onboarding & training programs

Designed the recruitment-to-productive path: screening, onboarding checklists, training materials, and coaching cadence tied to clear performance standards.

Systems

CRM & dialing workflow optimization

Reworked how leads, appointments, and live transfers move through the CRM and dialing stack so distribution is consistent and manual handling is reduced.

Client

Client coordination framework

Established the communication rhythm between leadership, the internal team, and client accounts — campaign priorities, status reporting, and early escalation of anything affecting delivery.

Workforce

Scheduling, attendance & payroll process

Ran workforce scheduling with attendance monitoring, timekeeping verification, and payroll administration, keeping coverage and records accurate week over week.

A born leader — selfless and a critical thinker. She was my team POC back when she was an SME and assumed the role of a team manager, conducting coaching sessions and SBS. She's been a great asset to the team and has shown strength and resilience especially during the pandemic and went out of her way to drive the team in meeting site targets, day after day. I am looking forward to work with you again, and very excited to see you grow!
